1)      Send signed proposal along with jobsite information.

2)      Please send deposit or P.O.

3)      Customer selects material from one of our many stone suppliers.

4)      With-in a couple days of a signed contract you will be contacted for a template date.

a)     Please make sure any sinks, faucets, cook tops, ranges, and accessories are at jobsite at time of measure.

b)     Not having the above taken care of will result in delay of install date.

5)      Existing counter tops MUST be removed in order to template.

a)     Additional charges will apply if Heartland removes your old tops.

b)     All plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work to be done by others.

6)      After template we will set up an install date. (Usually 2 weeks from template)
